More Features for a Better App
If you have our iPhone or an Android app, you’ll also have access to mobile deposits. Simply take a picture of your check using the camera feature within our app, submit the dollar amount and your check will be automatically submitted for deposit*. No need to send in the check – just keep until it clears, then securely destroy.
*Mobile deposits are only authorized on qualifying accounts. Deposits are subject to hold requirements. See credit union for details.
This new feature in the Mobile Banking app allows you to see your balance and last few transactions without fully logging in to Online Banking. You can simply have your quick balance and last few transactions pop up when you open the app. If you want to enable this fast and secure feature, log in to your app and click on Settings. You’ll then find the Quick Balance settings menu.
If your mobile device has bio-metric authentication (Touch ID/Face ID) capabilities, you’ll want to make sure you enable it on the Red Canoe app. This feature allows you to login to Mobile Banking instantly, with a quick scan of your face or fingerprint. It can also replace one-time passwords when an extra layer of security is needed for certain transactions.
