On August 13, we upgraded our debit card system. This may have affected your PIN. If the PIN mailer you received in the mail was the same as your current PIN, then no action is required. If the PIN you received was different than your current PIN and you would like to change it to a different number – or if you have not received your PIN mailer yet – you can reset your pin by following the instructions below:
- Call 866-762-0558
- Use the information of the primary member on the account
- Follow the verification prompts
- Choose any four-digit number to be your new PIN
