Pay your bills at your convenience with Bill Pay. Simply login to Online Banking and click on "Pay Bills" to get started.

Bill Pay is free on Simply Smart Checking accounts with at least one bill paid per billing cycle. A $5.95 fee will be assessed if there is no activity on your account during the billing cycle or if you use Bill Pay on your Classic Checking account.
When you access this website from your mobile device, you’ll automatically be directed to Red Canoe’s mobile site. If you have an iPhone or an Android, you’ll have an option on your screen to download our free Red Canoe app. You can then quickly and easily access many features of Online Banking right from your mobile phone! To use Mobile Banking, you’ll need to be signed up for Online Banking, as it uses the same username and password.
Mobile banking is safe and secure, using the same multi-factor authentication system as Online Banking to protect your information.
Mobile Deposits If you have our iPhone or an Android app, you'll also have access to mobile deposits. Simply take a picture of your check using the camera feature within our app, submit the dollar amount and your check will be automatically submitted for deposit*. No need to send in the check - just keep until it clears, then securely destroy.
*Mobile deposits are only authorized on qualifying accounts. Deposits are subject to hold requirements. See credit union for details.
Red Canoe eStatements are the easy secure way to receive your account information.
Secure – Delivered securely through Online Banking, not your mailbox - reducing opportunity for identity theft. In addition, eStatements are not emailed, they are available for download within Online Banking which requires a password and multi-factor authentication to access.
Easy – Simply login to Online Banking and retrieve your statement at your convenience. You can then view your statement, save to your computer, or print it out.
Fast – eStatements are typically ready 5 days faster than paper statements.
Identical – Your eStatement is the same as the paper statement you're currently receiving. It will still serve as your official statement for paperwork needs.
Money Desktop is a free personal finance manager within Online Banking to better manage your finances. With little or no set-up, Money Desktop will easily track and categorize your monthly spending and savings; making managing your money a whole lot easier. All your Red Canoe accounts will automatically feed into Money Desktop, and you can easily link external accounts (retirement accounts, other credit cards, etc.). Money Desktop offers other great tracking, budgeting, and savings features. To get started, simply click on Money Desktop in your All Services menu and you'll be ready to go!
What can Money Desktop do for you?
Consolidate all accounts into one location – you can even add accounts outside of Red Canoe to get your full financial picture.
Track spending – Money Desktop will categorize your purchases and provide you with helpful graphs and tables.
Monitor net worth – add assets (equity, autos you own) and liabilities (money you owe) into Money Desktop to track your net worth.
Paydown Debt – you can easily set goals and ask Money Desktop to give you options to pay your debt down faster.
Sign up to receive free account alerts that will help you keep track of your finances. Once you've confirmed your email address, you can choose from the following account alerts to keep you up-to-date on your finances.
Payroll/ACH Credit - will notify you once your payroll has deposited.
Deposit Balances – will alert you if your balance falls below the amount you specify.
Loan Payment Due – receive a reminder when your payment is due.
Certificate Maturity - alerts you when your certificate account is coming due for renewal.
Mortgage Payments - will notify you when your mortgage payment is due.
Loan Balance, Automatic Withdrawals, Insufficient Funds and more alerts are available.
