Bill Payer

Pay all your bills the quick and easy way, online! If you are looking to save time and simplify your life, try using our free Bill Payer.

Bill Payer gives you all the control to pay your bills from one central page and many can be processed on the same day or the next day. Set them up to pay automatically, pay them individually when the bill arrives, or pay them in advance if you know you will be out of town. E-bills are also available from various companies, which allows you to review your bills via e-mail rather than regular mail.

To get started, simply log onto Online Banking and click "Pay Bills." If you do not have an Online Banking PIN, order one now.

Frequently asked questions about Bill Payer

**Bill Payer service is free with your Simply Smart checking account, provided you pay at least one bill per calendar month. A $5.95 fee will be charged if there is no monthly activity on your account, or if you use Bill Payer with your Classic Free Checking account.

Online Banking

Online banking can help you manage your finances quickly and easily from your computer. It allows access to your account 24 hours a day at your convenience. We ensure safe and confidential transactions through our use of Multifactor Authentication (MFA), which provides an additional layer of security.

Telephone Teller

Manage your money easily from the privacy of your home, office, or car with our free 24-hour Automated Telephone Teller. You?ll be able to perform virtually all the same functions available within Online Banking, but from the convenience of your home, work or cell phone.

It?s perfect if you don't have a computer with Internet access, are traveling and need to check balances or simply prefer the convenience of calling from your cell phone.

Your password is the same as your Online Banking password. If you do not have a password, you can apply any time online or simply call us at 800-562-5611.

As you know, Red Canoe offers unlimited free ATM transactions with our ATM Card or Visa Check Card. However, some machine owners assess separate surcharges. Red Canoe gets no portion of these fees. Search the CO-OP Network to avoid such fees.

Direct Deposit

For your convenience and peace of mind, we can direct deposit your paycheck, Social Security check, or pension funds into your Free Red Canoe checking or savings account.

You'll never have to worry about lost or stolen checks, and your direct deposit begins earning dividends from the day it is received. Contact your payroll office for more information or one of friendly Red Canoe staff members.

Automatic Loan Payments

You may have any of your Red Canoe loan payments automatically deducted from your Red Canoe checking or savings accounts on the same day(s) each month. This saves you stamps, time, phone calls, and worry.
