- Optional Debit Rewards. You can earn cash back on all your debit card purchases, even when you pay your bills with your debit card.
- Convenient and Online. We have several tools to help manage your account on-the-go and plan for your future.
Earn Debit Rewards, for Free:It's easy and free to earn debit rewards on all debit card purchases. Simply enroll in free eStatements and keep an average monthly balance of $250 or more and you'll automatically earn debit rewards. Don't worry, if you fall below the balance, there is still no monthly fee for the account and you'll have the opportunity to earn rewards the following month.
Each November, we'll send you a check for your annual rewards. You don't have to claim them or call us. They're automatic and they're easy.

Overdraft Protection Options:
We know you're busy and sometimes we all make little mistakes on balancing our accounts. That's why we have two overdraft protection options to cover you.
Standard Overdraft Protection
Your checking account can be linked to your other Red Canoe accounts for free overdraft protection. If your checking account doesn't have funds available to cover your transaction, we can automatically transfer from your savings, money market or other Red Canoe account. Just ask us. In addition, you can apply for a line of credit should you wish to have even further overdraft protection on your account.
Debit Courtesy Pay
Debit Courtesy Pay is an added layer of protection when you unintentionally use your debit card for more than you have in your combined accounts. If you opt in for this service, we will process your debit transaction for you to avoid the embarrassment and inconvenience of your debit card being denied. If you wish to opt-out, your transaction will be denied.
There is no monthly fee to add this service to your account, you only pay a $25 over draft fee per item paid.
